On October 17, we reported that "Famous anti-gravity researcher, John Hutchison, and his associate, Nancy Lazaryan, have come up with a device that emits a combination of audio and radio frequencies that have the effect of clearing waters polluted by oil and dispersant in less than 24 hours, bringing the native life back."

Then on November 1, we reported that "Nancy says that local captain of a boat that charters dolphin sightseeing tours, who had no idea what she and John Hutchison had done in treating the polluted waters with their radio/audio frequency generator, logged an entry concerning the change in the water and the dolphins being 'happy'. This was in a neighboring bay."

Now we get to report that another scientist has produced data that corroborates that the Hutchison-Lazaryan frequency generator indeed "alters the chemical composition of the dissolved solids in the seawater." And "Minor component elements appear to be removed, and the composition of the salt altered so as to purify the major component salt in the water (sodium chloride)."

This study was done by Steve Colbern, who happened to be the scheduled guest for the November 5 Coast to Coast AM radio show, on the subject of recent results of analyzing alien implants. Colbern is a Chemist and Materials Scientist with 20 years of industrial experience. He is currently working in the area of carbon nanotubes.
At the right you can see a before/after comparison of the elemental composition of the Gulf water sample taken from the same location. Notice that several elements that show up in the first data are greatly reduced or gone in the second data, especially O, Mg, Al, Si, S, K, and Ca, while Na and Cl (table salt) increase.

Below , on the left, is a scanning electron micrograph (electron microscope) image of the water. In the "before" version, you can clearly see material, while in the "after" version, no matter appears. I'm not an expert in these things, but I would guess that the first image is characteristic of petroleum or possibly indicative of Corexit. On the right is shown data from energy dispersive Xray (EDX) for elemental analysis. It shows the difference in the elemental composition of the "before" and "after" samples. Again, Mg, Si, K, and Ca are absent in the later data, and you can see reductions in O and S. The "after" sample is "is almost pure sodium chloride", or salt -- as sea water should be. He continues: "The magnesium, silicon, potassium, and calcium observed in the control sample have disappeared, and a small phosphorus (P) peak is now evident. This element was most likely also present in the control sample, but was masked by its larger sulfur peak."

His last statement is especially interesting: "Investigation of the mechanism of action of this method should also be undertaken. It is this author’s opinion that the ions and hydrocarbons removed from the water are being dematerialized and becoming part of the quantum vacuum/zero point energy."

Note that in his analysis, Colbern corroborates the interpretation of what had been concluded by chemist Bob Naman in earlier tests that showed that "Close exposure to RF radiation from the apparatus had previously been shown to reducevthe amount of crude oil hydrocarbons in the test water from 7 ppm, in the control sample, to undetectable levels in the irradiated sample."

Earlier this week, John sent me a link to a video that Nancy posted, showing their work in the Gulf.

"Look CLOSELY at the video of the water treatment in the Gulf. At 9:11 into the video...there is a "constant" tone being used. LOOK at the wave pattern in the water. Then go to the "end"..14:01...the water is UNGULATING to the tones."

After composing and first posting this page in our news, I was able to call in to the "Open Lines" segment as the third caller on the Coast to Coast AM radio show where Colbern had just been the guest, and bring up the point that John and Nancy are looking for additional beach front property from which to run more testing. I tied it in to the previous hour's guest, Steve Colbern, saying that he was the one to produce this most recent scientific data confirming the clearing of the water. George Noory was very gracious, adding to the points I was making, and talking it up, saying they are looking into it as well.

John and I are getting ready to hook up the trailer and move to a new site. The article on the Colbern report is not quite accurate.

We had four quarts of water sent to us from Biloxi Bay. Three quarts were kept in the truck about 100 yards from the lab. One quart we brought into the lab to work on. When we opened the quart, we were hit with hydrogen sulfide, strong enough to give us headaches for two days. I video taped the water (that looked clear, but had tiny, tiny particles in it) and the oscilloscope reading on the water prior to testing.

We did a series of frequencies on the water in the lab, then John "cranked it up"....and then he told me what he had just done had a range of 300 yards. So it was affected by the "cranking it up" included our "before" water samples in the truck.

We then took oscilloscope readings of ALL the water...Pacific sea water, tap water, the "polluted lab water" and the water in the truck. I have the high def video of these oscilloscope readings...basically . . . EVERY water was reading the same.

The "polluted water" from the Gulf, that we had in the lab (and I video taped the reading) had previously given us a bizarre reading on the oscilloscope....after the frequencies, it was the same reading as the tap and Pacific sea water.

So....what you say in your article about "before" and "after" is not quite accurate. We have no "before" water from the lab work. The only "before" water we have is from Perdido Bay.

Some folks are concerned about what this treatment will do to "marine life". All I can say is that John and I were the guinea pigs in the lab. THAT water was brought to its basic elemental form...and we did not "melt to jelly".

Bacteria Levels Safe After Beach Treatment

My second hand story comes from a very good friend who is very reliable.

Back in the 50’s a friend of his was in the merchant marines/coast guard and when they were to dump fuel over board they would hit it with very high frequencies and the oil would just ‘disappear’. This was done on purpose and for that reason. So the idea of high frequency ‘treatments’ to various substances has been around for a long time. It just hasn’t been ‘common’ knowledge.

This same person was in the formula 1 race car business and 20 years ago they were treating their fuel in the same manner and getting some pretty amazing results. His opinion was that it was before it’s time, no one would believe them.
